However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we provide a Money Back Guarantee (please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable). In the case of orders with free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. To qualify for our Money Back Guarantee, your return must meet the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your order is less than 30 days old from the delivery date. When returning the item, include a copy of the original order. Kindly note that returned items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $15 or up to 25% of the item cost. Please be aware that custom or special order parts, as well as Extension & Torsion springs, are not eligible for return or exchange.

To ensure a successful refund or exchange, please make sure that the products are returned in a salable condition. If we receive merchandise that is deemed non-salable or non-returnable, we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges. Any items sent back in unsatisfactory condition will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

Return Shipping:

The method of shipping for your return is at your discretion. However, we strongly recommend utilizing a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during transit. If the need arises to send back or exchange products, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for any merchandise that is lost during the shipping process.

How to Send Back Your Return:

Before proceeding with a return, we kindly request that you carefully review our return policy. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Number (RMN). To obtain an RMN number, please send us an email and include your invoice number in the message.
